Home Staging

What’s going to set your home apart? Staging is the process of preparing an occupied or vacant home for sale before it goes on the market, regardless of price or location. Did you know that potential buyers form an opinion in the first few seconds? You only get one chance to make a great impression!

Initial Consultation includes a thorough walk-thru evaluation of your home’s interior and exterior. A prepared report will be provided, detailing recommendations and identifying
items in need of repair, removal or updating. The plan is to make your house the most marketable in your area - a house that will be set apart from the competition!

Physical Staging occurs after the prep work is done. We will showcase your home’s best features and increase visual appeal with careful placement of furniture and accessories. Our goal is to increase your selling price, decrease your listing time, and keep your inconvenience at a minimum.
Fee determined by project size. Shopping fee, furniture and accessory rental additional cost.

Move Management Services

Downsizing? It can be a monstrous task. This invaluable service is most utilized by our senior population, often moving from a larger home to a smaller, more efficient space. After accumulating a lifetime of “treasures”, where to start can be a daunting experience.

We’ll begin with a Consultation and Walk-thru of your existing home to “Rightsize” and determine what to take to your new location. Floor Plan Design is included. Next, we’ll develop a Move Plan, and coordinate the various components to ensure a smooth transition. At your new residence we’ll pull it all together with a Redesign! We’ll assist with paint, flooring and window treatment selections and arrange your existing furniture and accessories to compliment the new space.
