One-day Room Makeovers:

Fees: The fee for redecorating most rooms is $350.
The fee for a consultation is $75. Per hour. This can include furniture arrangement suggestions, lighting changes, color schemes and a list of accessories that might enhance your room.

Leslye starts by clearing the room while you are away from home. Think of it as having someone doing your work for you while you spend a day relaxing, shopping, catching a movie, or maybe taking a day trip. Once she has her fresh canvas, then the art begins. Leslye determines how best to arrange your furniture, and how to decorate your walls. She may even “shop” other parts of your home to find just the right piece to complete a room.
 

Real-estate staging for home sales:
Fees for a staging consultation are 75.00 per hour. If the consult is outside the Fredericksburg, Stafford area the fee is 100.00 per hour. This will include a written assessment and proposal for staging.  Fees for staging start at 350.00 per room and whole house fees will be determined on an individual basis.

Model Home Merchandising:
Fee: Varies by project.

It is a well known fact that an elegant and professionally decorated model sells houses. We provide builders with a complete decorating package at competitive prices.


Personal shopping:
Fees: $50. Per hour

If you know your room needs something, but you don’t know where to find it or if you just don’t want to fight the crowds at the stores, Creative Room Makeovers can help. Leslye knows where to find whatever you need to make a room complete.

Before-and-after parties:

When you have a room makeover, you’ll be the envy of all your friends, but before-and-after parties actually let your friends in on the fun. You’ll begin the fun in the room in its “before” state, and head out for an afternoon of quality time with your pals. When you return, the group can continue the fun in the newly adorned space.

Color consultations:
Fees: $75. Per hour
