Transform your home with what you own! A unique service using existing furnishing and accessories to achieve you own “style”. I will “shop” your home unearthing hidden treasures that may be incorporated into the new look. I then arrange the room to complement the architectural details and the focal point keeping in mind your desires and lifestyle. See the difference “A Day Can Make!”

Full Service Staging
I will present your home in its best light, while utilizing your existing furnishings. Together we can help you make the strongest possible first impression for potential buyers by providing an objective view on everything from the curb to the interior décor. A home that has been professionally staged is clean, organized, and clutter free. Furniture and accessories are repositioned for proper balance and flow to give the best visual impact. The staging will be completed with a few finishing touches such as the inviting scents of home baked cookies, music and lighting. How you live in your home and how you market your home is NOT the same thing. First impressions count and you may not get a second chance! Glynis Maruk Interiors has a proven track record for home sales!

Home Staging Consultation
This walk through of the entire home is just right for the “do it yourselfer”.
Glynis Maruk Interiors provides an itemized “Home Staging and Landscape
Inspection Form” for you to complete yourself. I begin at the curb with an
in-depth and honest evaluation. The interior is evaluated keeping in mind repairs
and décor tips to show you how to highlight your homes potential. Glynis Maruk Interiors will provide a customized list of suggested improvements, or will be
happy to return and do a Redesign specific to marketing your home!
Consultations - One hour minimum - $75 per hour.
Staging - By the Hour - $75 per hour.

Move-Ins
Furniture placement, accessory arrangement, the hanging of artwork. Have a designers touch from the start!
