I am a recent transfer to Maine and am looking to expand my interior design services. For the past three years I have been an associate for Boston Interiors, one of the top home furnishings companies in Massachusetts. While I have been successful as a sales consultant, with tough economic times, I am looking to expand my contacts.

I am offering interior design consultations for people who already have their furnishings and just need assistance in pulling it together; design assistance to people who are going through life's challenges such as cancer and depression and economic hardship. I will offer assistance through: color consultation, feng shui, redesigning of rooms, shopping, art placement. I want clients who are afraid of hiring a decorator because they think the decorator is going to make them throw everything out and start all over. Or, they feel that decorators are going to charge them ridiculous prices as well as mark up items until the client cannot afford them. My goal is for the client to feel comfortable in the process of decorating by knowing that I am going to make their homes beautiful and comfortable with what they already have and affordable.


One of the ways I help my clients is through teaching seminars and adult evening classes. I am looking to expand this service through area schools and community centers in they Portland area

Along with the above, I am also an artist. My specialty is floorcloths and painted furniture. I always believed that art makes a home.
